Cashew Chicken

Mix sauce: 4 TBS Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sesame Oil or less 1 TBS Sesame Seeds 2 TBS Water 1 TBS Rice vinegar 1 tsp Lemon or Lime Juice Black Pepper Chilli Flakes 2 TBS Oyster Sauce 1 Chicken Stock Sachet 1 TBS Honey (or sugar) Optional: Peri peri and/or chili powder
Chop and coat the chicken in salt and pepper and cornflour.
Carrots Celery (optional) Green Onion Red or Yellow Pepper Brocolli
Fry in hot oil for a minute: Ginger Garlic Chili
Add the chopped veg and cook
Add chicken and cook till done but soft. After a few minutes, once chicken is browned, add the sauce and let it finish cooking.
Stir in Cashews, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with Rice / Noodles
