Cashew Chicken

  1. Mix sauce: 4 TBS Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sesame Oil or less 1 TBS Sesame Seeds 2 TBS Water 1 TBS Rice vinegar 1 tsp Lemon or Lime Juice Black Pepper Chilli Flakes 2 TBS Oyster Sauce 1 Chicken Stock Sachet 1 TBS Honey (or sugar) Optional: Peri peri and/or chili powder

  2. Chop and coat the chicken in salt and pepper and cornflour.

  3. Carrots Celery (optional) Green Onion Red or Yellow Pepper Brocolli

  4. Fry in hot oil for a minute: Ginger Garlic Chili

  5. Add the chopped veg and cook

  6. Add chicken and cook till done but soft. After a few minutes, once chicken is browned, add the sauce and let it finish cooking.

  7. Stir in Cashews, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  8. Serve with Rice / Noodles
